Option 1 – Delete directly in the app​

1. Open the HitMate app

2. Go to Profile

3. Select Delete account

4. Confirm deletion
    

Your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted.​​​​​

 

Option 2 – Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, you may request account deletion by emailing:

From the email address linked to your HitMate account
Subject: Delete HitMate Account

We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.

What data is deleted

 

When your account is deleted, we remove:

• Your profile information (name, email, photos, playing preferences)

• Match history and proposals

• Phone number stored in your profile

• Associated identifiers

Data retention

​We may retain limited technical logs (such as crash diagnostics) for a short period for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance purposes. These logs do not include active profile data and are automatically removed after a limited retention period.​
