HitMate is a social sports application that helps tennis players discover other players, organize matches, communicate, and track basic activity related to tennis participation.

HitMate does not organize, supervise, insure, or guarantee matches or interactions between users.

 

2. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or
   

• Have permission from a parent or legal guardian
   

By using the App, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

 

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
   

• Keep your login credentials secure
   

• Be responsible for all activity under your account
   

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

 

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
   

• Share false, misleading, or offensive content
   

• Impersonate others
   

• Use the App for unlawful purposes
   

• Attempt to access systems or data not intended for you

5. Matches, Meetings & Safety

HitMate:

• Does not verify player skill, identity, or behavior
   

• Does not supervise or monitor matches
   

• Is not responsible for injuries, disputes, or damages
   

You participate in matches at your own risk and are responsible for your personal safety.

 

6. Content You Provide

You retain ownership of the content you submit (profile info, messages, photos).

By using HitMate, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use this content solely to operate and improve the App.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, designs, and software related to HitMate are owned by HitMate or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission.

 

8. App Availability & Changes

We may:

• Modify features
   

• Suspend or discontinue the App
   

• Update these Terms
   

Continued use means you accept updated Terms.

 

9. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HitMate shall not be liable for:

• Personal injury
   

• Loss of data
   

• Disputes between users
   

• Indirect or consequential damages
   

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
